I have gambled on countless of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online vingt-et-un, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it basically impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and wager on a regular basis. Over the years I have played a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You definitely will not get rich with this tactic or beat the house, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of streaks. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I don’t win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the bet back down to the original sum.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very exciting sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this technique! And a few months ago in Vegas I left a game with $1200!

You need to comprehend that you can give up much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see gamble this way. Here is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Wager $80
Take eighty dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 wager

If you departed at this point you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT alter and lower your bet or the end result won’t be the same.
