I have bet on countless of rounds of 21. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of cash at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it nearly impossible to defeat the game.

I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over the years I have bet on a variation of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this method or defeat the house, however you will experience a lot of fun. This method is built on the idea that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your hot, and when you’re not you are NOT!

I bet with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I do not win I bet the lowest amount allowed on the next hand. If I do not win again I wager the table minimum on the next hand again etc. Whenever I hit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I lower the wager back down to the original amount.

I am very disciplined and never back out. It gets very fun sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a number of times now. I left a $5 table at the Luxor a few years back with $750 after 35 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!

You have to understand that you can lose a lot faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be aghast at the runs you notice gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a $5 game.

Wager five dollar
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the initial five dollar bet

Wager five dollar
Leave five dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar

Wager $10
Take ten dollar paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave ten dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $20

Wager $20
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Bet 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $40

Bet forty dollar
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar wager

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $80

Bet 80 dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the original eighty dollar wager

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s difficult to go on a streak this long, but it will happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your bet or the final result will not be the same.
