I have wagered on countless of hands of twenty-one. I began sneaking into the gambling dens when I was still underage. I have played online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a short time. Given all that I have still lost a lot of funds at vingt-et-un. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get loaded with this method or beat the house, nonetheless you will have an abundance of fun. This method is built on the idea that vingt-et-un appears to be a match of runs. When you’re on fire your hot, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy blackjack. When I don’t win I wager the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand. If I do not win again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Once I win I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue wagering this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I do not win I return the action back down to the original bet.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very fast. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200per hand. I have had great runs a number of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 45 mins using this technique! And a few weeks ago in Las Vegas I left a game with $1200!
You have to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 table.
Wager 5 dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the original $5 wager
Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $10
Bet $10
Take $10 paid to you, leave the first 10 dollar bet
Bet $10
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of twenty dollar
Bet $20
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet $20
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $40
Bet forty dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $80
Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the initial eighty dollar bet
Bet $80
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of one hundred and sixty dollar
Wager 160 dollar
Take 160 dollar paid to you, leave the original $160 wager
If you departed at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!
It’s herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you must NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result won’t be the same.
