I have bet on countless of hands of vingt-et-un. I started working my way into the gambling halls when I was 16. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of money at blackjack. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.

I still like the game and bet on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have played a variation of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get loaded with this method or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This method is built on the fact that 21 seems to be a match of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you are NOT!

I play basic strategy blackjack. When I do not win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the wager back down to the original value.

I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets extremely enjoyable sometimes. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you realize it you are gambling $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a few times now. I departed a $5 table at the Luxor a couple of years back with $750 after 20 mins using this technique! And a couple of weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You must understand that you can squander much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be aghast at the streaks you witness betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Bet five dollar
Take five dollar paid-out to you, leave the first $5 bet

Bet $5
Leave 5 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of ten dollar

Bet $10
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the original ten dollar bet

Wager 10 dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total bet of $20

Bet 20 dollar
Take twenty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 20 dollar wager

Wager 20 dollar
Leave twenty dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first $40 bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of eighty dollar

Bet $80
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first $80 bet

Bet $80
Leave $80 paid to you for a total bet of 160 dollar

Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take 160 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original 160 dollar bet

If you left at this instance you would be up 3 hundred and 15 dollars !!

It is iffy to go on a streak this long, but it can happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
